Report a translation problem
I didn't get the mirror because the Dragon Age wiki says that the romance should begin at moderate approval, but I'm at massive approval currently.
Also the romance part is kinda silly in the vanilla version, it is just a cutscene. It is fun to do the romance thing once I guess, but it does not add much/nothing to the game.

Getting the grimoire (1st one) - and giving it to her from the inventory screen, should trigger the romance... from what I've found.
