PHYSX-CPU On Screen
Why is "PHYSX-CPU" superimposed on the game screen?

Q: have PHYSX-CPU printed on my screen in the top left hand corner that wont go away in game.

A: It's because you or someone on your computer enabled the "PhysX Visual Indicator" from the Nvidia control panel. Open the control panel, click "3d Settings" at the top, and uncheck the visual indicator option (only one in the menu). Should take care of the issue. Also you may want to make physx run via your GPU rather than the CPU.
