well u both wrong,last run on origins i was 28 or 29,there is no limit since long time,as there is many mods that adds huge new world,city,quests and many stuff

yes and u will have a lot of fun with this game - the graphic is a bit old but the gameplay is flawless - it has modsupport (nexusmods) u can spend 50-100 or more hours with it (play it on the hardest difficulty for fun), and the story is so good! A must have!

I would also like to note that the characters and character dialogue are much more mature than the typical RPG you play now. Especially compared to most Teen, or JRPG types.

The character interactions and discussions are actually interesting, and they feel more realistic and adult like. This is one of the things i like most about the game and Bioware games in general.

yes this is one of the best rpgs even by this days story rate (by me) 95of100/combat 90of100/quests95of100,all over all game nearly perfect. i moded it last night and game looks fresh,graphics improved and loos up to date,pretty nice and better than most games by last year,get it,get ultimate edition with all stuff,ul be draw into new world for a week,get a lot food,cigarets,and be rdy not to let ur mouse even when u sleep:D

This is amazing, so many good and exciting impressions for this game. I will go for it and I will get the Ultimate edition for a complete experience!! Can't wait to dive into its world...!!!

Is there any exploration or the story is totally linear?

nop,ur start story depends on class/race,and different game endings,where u can losse ur friends,or die ur self,this game is 100% replayable,i started 4 run on it,this the only game where i play it every half year,if u wont like it at start,dont give up,play it till u becoma a grey warden ,its about 2-3h and ul got ur way true real game:) hf gl ,u lucky u didint played this game yet,cuz the awesome world is waiting for u!

so you can go beyond level 25 in origins without mods?

heh, I currently installed the steam version (have used the retail version before), and am currently on my 18th playthrough. Not many games I can say that about... And I STILL find new stuff that I never knew before.

am on 4 or 5 now,with no mods i was max 29 i think on origins,now i got 3 amor mods,2 mods for new armor sets,2 qests dlc,1 of them add huge city with new locations,quests,companions,its like extra 30% of the game,rly good mods out there,feels like its rly done by bioware not by fans,and ye this game is to good,i believe i will have 2 more runs on it for sure:)

2 playthroughs is not even enough to try all the different races ;) And many parts of the game plays out differently depending on your gender, and to a lesser degree what companions or specializations you have (trying to save the circle from blood mages as a blood mage is apparently frowned upon...)

The game has a funny sort of humor. My favorite moments are when Alister and Morrgin argue with eachother.
