concept art morrigan mod

I got the concept art morrigan mod which makes morrigan wear a hoody but for some reason it isnt working as it should. Morrigan's make-up and outfit were slightly change but she isnt wearing the hood. I noticed that if the get some distances away from morrigan, I can see her wearing the hood but when I get closer the hoody disappears. If anyone who uses the concept art morrigan mod and knows what is causing this problem for please help.

I'm having the same issue with my disc copy of DAO. Can't seem to figure out a fix for it
