Problem with minimizing the game.

Hello fellow gamers.

Recently bought DA:O on the sales, and haven't played it since the 360 version a few years ago.

I'm having a problem when ALT-TABing out of the game, whenever I try to open the game up again I basically just get a black screen for a moment, then I am back to my desktop.

I have tried manually maximizing the game, alt-tabing and using the task manager to try and re-enter the game. Because basically right now, if I minimize the game, I need to close it and reload again.. which is pretty damn annoying.

If anyone has any suggestions / has the same problem please leave a comment.

I remember that happening to me at one point, but it hasn't been happening to me lately. You might try holding down alt-tab again right after you get the black screen and tab till you're back to dragonage and then hit enter. I'm also running game booster so that might be a thing.

I managed to fix this the other day, forgot to comment back on this. Turns out it was the resolution that was the issue, very strange, only seemed to be 1280x720 that was causing the freeze, the rest seem to work fine. Thanks for the response though dude!
