Will I get banned for using VPN to buy Inquisition?

Hello,
I am from India and want to play dragon age Inquisition. Since, its not available in India on steam I can use VPN and buy it at the US price. I am worried If I will get banned for it.
I did read on some forums where people did that and didn't got banned but those were really old. Also, I am not trying to buy at a low price so hopefully that should not cause much issue but losing this account could be super BAD for me.

EDIT: Thanks all for their answers but I like to collect games. i am trying to get it on steam only for that reason. I know it doesn't sound all that good but I do like it.

So, apparently, the game is not for sale in India because of India's strict obscenity laws. In order to not violate local law, the game is not available for sale in that reigion.

More importantly, Steam's terms of service, apparently prohibit using a VPN to purchases games. You can move and change regions by providing a new mailing address to prove you belong in the new region, but using a VPN to circumvent region restrictions could get you banned. I'm sorry to say.

I believe the game is available on Epic Games store in India. Try there first.

delete this post and find a way quietly... screw laws, screw Steam, just get it any way you can, with or without Steam, ;)

Just buy the Physical copy. It's the exact same game and doesn't even need a launcher to be installed, aka origin. It also will save your achievements if you ever get a steam copy if laws change.

There has to be some second hand store someplace selling them heck amazon has new copies. Maybe take a vacation someplace nice and grab one while your there. :)

Or perhaps a gaming friend that live someplace that can grab one and send it to you and you can repay them with buying them something they want. You can get the hard disk versions of this game for 10 bucks on a sale, and shipping shouldn't be that much.
