Syncing to Keep
My Origins character isn't syncing to the keep and I don't know how to remedy this situation, any ideas would be helpful.

The only thing that has synced to the keep for me was my character's appearance, All the choices i made throughout DA:O and DA2 never synced on any of my characters, but it wasn't a big deal, only takes around 10minutes to sort a world state in the Keep

The only things imported from DA:O and DA2 into Keep are your characters' appearance, race, class, gender, and achievements. All choices must be manually entered.

And what did you do to make it work? I've got the same problem :nonplussed_creep:

Bump, same here. Nothing is showing in the keep, at all.
When you find a way to solve an issue, it would be wise to add a single line to your sentence...

-Social bioware doesn't exist anymore.
-Uploading pictures from DA:O also says something about not being logged in to Bioware/EA, even tho I am, I created an account and i'm using it for both DA:O and the Keep.
-Links to potential patches are dead, but I would still be surprised that a game from steam isn't automatically patched.

Any advice ?
There's no point replaying such an old game i've alrd completed numerous time a few years back, if the sync is broken. Realy annoying.

nvm just noticed the dates, and go.bioware servers were still up at the time.

Not entirely true. My very first DA:O character was synced completely, it took some time and probably some unearthy magic, or stuff, but I never made manual choices in Keep for her, it has shown everything I did in the game, like whom I was romancing, whom recruited, who became king (or queen) and stuff. So choices should also sync, that it doesn't happen most of the time automatically isn't a rule and shouldn't be taken as such.

Update on my side in the keep [EA account] | [DA:O & DA 2].

I told myself just wait a few days and stuff while being desperate to find a way to sync it.
And waiting works, I 'replayed startup' and everything has synced up, all my characters we're present on hero selection, my in-game choices and, the achievements updated etc.

Just wait a few day's, make sure you're logged in with the EA account you use for the keep and in-game. :steamhappy:

Don't bother correcting them, today's keep version is very very different from '2014's go.bioware.com's' keep version

I have sort've the same problem, though this thread is so old I don't know if I'll get a response. My problem is, none of the rewards I have on The Keep are synched with my game. I'm on PC, for those wondering.

I have several rewards unlocked on The Keep, yet none of them are available on my game. I have the ones I get through DLC and because I own the Ultimate Edition, but nothing else. I'm playing the Steam version, so is that the problem? Do I need to deal with the f*cked up Origin client just to get those? I remember having them at one point, but I think that may have been back when I was using the Origin client (before I bought the Ultimate Edition on Steam and started playing that).

I don't really *need* them, I'm perfectly fine with what I have (along with the the mods I installed and from using the developer's console), I'm just curious.

Try using Dragon Age character creator that can be downloaded from Keep.
It worked for me, but any other character made in Origin never ever syncs into the Keep, neither do the decisions.
Inquisition codex tries to make Warden kill Genitivi when I actually sent him to Denerim.

I just re-downloaded the 'extras' from Origin, and now I have them in my game. I'm still using the Steam version because f*ck Origin straight to hell, but at least I have the items now. I guess I *do* need to use the Origin client for all that sh*t, even though it should give me those items automatically no matter which version I use, because Bioware is a bunch of -rather large string of cuss words removed- for forcing us to use their Origin client no matter what.
