Yeah I know of Leliana's comment, but why would she be looking for the Warden at the end of DA2? Did the Warden just leave for his/her mission without telling anyone? I doubt it
If its about the calling the warden would be sworn to secrecy, anything about their joining ritual (includding the calling) is hush hush, wardens only.
Yeah but, again, the Warden is MISSING, I doubt (s)he'd just up and leave like that

At 2:35 they talk about how both Hawke and the Warden are gone, and it not being a coincidence. Doesn't sound like Leliana (my Warden's love interest) knows where the Warden is.
She's a big girl with her own important things going on. She probably trusted the Warden enough not to need to know every detail of the journey they were undertaking.
Also, I'm sure Bioware wrote that line without totally considering DA:I. Doesn't make it a plothole though.
