The additem cheat will not work?

Okay, so I am currently playing through Origins and I want to get a specific set of items for Zevran. The problem is every time I put the code formula "runscript additem <item code> [count]" it says "success" and yet no item is added into my inventory.

Unfortunately, no matter what I do I can't seem to get any of the items I want and it's become quite frustrating. I would very much appreciate if someone were able to help me through this.

To answer your question, I did the same mistake a few times - you gotta remember to add quantity to the end!

For example.

runscript additem gxa_zz_threesomeblowjobmanualforleliana 1

That 1 in the end is important, you may make it any number but be warned too high item stacks have a chance to crash the game, so I recommend keeping it at 99 or below.

First of all its an item mod, and most of the time item mods need console command to get.
Get of your F***ing high horse and let the man play the way he wants to play.
you have no right to call him a scumbag for playing the game with mods or console.
Everyone has the right to play the way they want to with console, mods or nothing.

Lol I am simply sitting here laughing my ass off at some of the idiotic comments I am reading from some of these crybabies. They are actually whining because I am playing the game the way I want to play it. The amusing part about it all is I've already played through Origins the normal way and beaten it SEVERAL times on the x box. The only reason I even have it for PC now is because the one on my 360 broke and decided it'd be nice to experience a game I've beaten several times on a different platform with improved graphics and wanted to try some mods. And you know what why not? Since I beat the game "the way it was meant to be played" several times already I felt I was a bit deserving to play it in a more interesting way since I've already experienced every hardship imaginable. If you don't like it, go cry somewhere else. At any rate, thanks to the people who actually tried to help me and even defended me from these other cretins. I managed to fix the problem by downloading an improved version of the additem mod, also my coding was a little off.

You buy the game, its now yours to do what you want with it... That isnt wrong, dont know why people think that is what is wrong with the gameing community.
Cheating in single player game isnt wrong at all if it makes the game more enjoyable for you.

Sorry for necro-ing this thread, but I can't seem to get the additem script to work at all. Even with the number behind, the item was never added into my inventory. What gives? I can only imagine that I am installing the mods wrong.

I am in a similar situation. I am using the improved mod, but I can't see to add items from Warden's Keep. All other DLC work fine with me, just items from that.

what i do is i have the origin game only on one computer us my cheats on it, then when i have all i loaded the game copy on flash drive tranfer charicture to ultimate eddition charicture file it has all my stuff icheated to get.
