i wish this was Turn based
say it's turned based all you want, it's not. i don't have a problem with the current setup neccisarily, but managing 4 party members is cumbersome. if this were a true turn based game where i take turns controlling my guys i wouldn't care. but it's alot to handle and wish that i could slow down time on top of pausing it because when i unpause theirs alot of ♥♥♥♥ happening at once to keep track of.

its not that hard let your party members do what they do

Hey Wizard, explain to me why you like turn based so well. I try and run as fast as I can from TB games, would like to hear from someone that seems to like them what I am missing.

well i have to ask if you've ever played Heroe's of Might and Magic 3, not to be confused with Might and Magic.

well i loved that game, as well as Return to Krondor. i don't like all turn based games but those two i feel were fun and tactical. i've seen plenty of real time games that weren't very deep. if you don't like Heroe's 3 though then i guess TB isen't for you because that's generally considered the best turn based game their is

Thanks, I needed someone to explain, I have seen some TB games that look well, in general, but I would not buy them becasue thats how they were listed. And your probably right, I doubt I would enjoy them. Thanks again

If I had to think about it, it's the speed of the game, does that make since? I would rather play a one character game than sit and move each one, go here and go there and then go.

Then go play a UBISOFT glitchy , poor story game called Might and Magic VI if you so wish.

Please leave one of my favorite games of all time out of your "lets make it better but really worse for future fans because its to hard *cry* "

If this game is to hard than your usual rock paper sissor stratedy games that a five year old can play then ask for your money back and leave.

OK first of all who are you talking to, and no one here is putting anything down.

obviously wizard hawk and yes wizard is putting down the game and insulting the developers by wishing the game was like a crappy Ubisoft company strategy game that a 5 year old can play. It is an insult to bioware to dragon age and to me.

Also to top it off he claims that Heroes of Might and Magic 3 was considered the best strategy game of all time when all you have to do is have more soliders than the opponent and you win. no stragedy involved ..at all.

Xcom: Enemy unknown is a real strategy game. So is Civilization 5. Heros of Might and Magic 3 is rock paper sissors easy.

Don't take it personally, they has a right to their own opinion. LOL and he did say I wish, however if that makes the Devs. change DOA : inquisition, I will help you hunt them down. OK.

I get what you are saying, but it is pretty easy to pause the game and adjust things.
I have not looked, but I think there might be an option to turn the pause function on per round alla boulders gate, not sure but it is worth a check.
Oh, plus you can make the game pause before a fight happens so you can prepare everyone.

Worth checking out, might help you with the game.
Also, tey and see if there are any mods that might help.
