What to do with Sofia?
At the end of the quest, many enemies appear, which I kill and thus help Sofia. She told me that I fulfilled her part of the deal. Then I am offered a choice. And I decide to kill her. Is this right? Or is it better to leave her?
Interesting armor drops from her.
I saw that there is a quest for the second part.

Did you go to the tower like she asked you? You'll encounter another person there with whom you can make a separate bargain.

IMO with the path you followed to this point, I would betray and kill Sophia, to get the armor set. It's very good for a warrior, and can scale. And even if you don't want to wear it, it's worth more gold than the gold reward she gives you.
There's also the roleplaying aspect of whether you really want to let an abomination loose in the world.

She told me where the gold was. Afterwards, I chose to kill her in response. As a result, I get gold, a mage's cape, and Sophia's armor.

Technically, she betrayed the ideals of the Grey Wardens the moment she took sides in a political conflict. Yes, Arland was a power-hungry scumbag who needed to be taken down, but not by Sophia. Two reasons for this. First, as a Grey Warden, she's supposed to be politically neutral in everything, so she's not even supposed to be involved. Second, she and Arland were cousins, so there are some arls of that time who would have seen her involvement as a power-grab on her part. So the way I see it, if you betray her, she's just getting what's coming to her. Besides, that's not really Sophia; it's a demon who's just inhabiting and manipulating her body. The REAL Sophia Dryden is long dead.

As far as i know most of time if you agree to help her and ask to firstly close Veil - she will be bugged.
Will say something like "let's start" and just stand on place or walk slowly.
