i keep trying to have good faith and decent conversations about DA4 in the discussions. Ive tried to express how it doesn't feel like dragon age. i keep getting called chud. what does that mean?

Did some research in the online dictionary and slang wikis. It appears to indeed have some connection to the movie I mentioned. The following is from the Wiktionary. Other sources are similar reads but this sort of catches the essence of the word. And it is indeed a slur and gross insult. So yeah, I'd say it is a fire insult. The users of it should be banned.

chud (plural chuds)

(US, slang) A gross, physically unappealing person.
(chiefly US, Internet slang, usually derogatory) A person, usually male, who holds sociopolitical views seen as reactionary; strong connotations of being an incel with low emotional intelligence.

Some sources add more specific wording to aim the slur at conservatives.
