Quests and Legends mod?

So I've heard alot of about this mod, but i can't seem to find this. Does anyone know where you can get this 'popular' mod from?

The latest version is 1.6 and is nowhere online, but you can find version 1.5 at File Planet. I've modified the heck out of my DAO so I may have information for you that you might find useful.
