sorry, this does not help you but i am most likely getting inquisition, unless there are buggy technical problems or the game is poorly optimized, so i would like to know these things. ty.
As for mods, you can check out the top 100 list over at http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/?
But be prepared that the game does suffer from the lack of toolset... and a lot of other things.
Honestly, I don't recommend getting DA2 at all. Especially so if you liked DA:O.
I also think that they are planning to release the "dragon age keep" soon to make your own save game imports for DA:I even if you didn't play the previous games.
For some reason the game doesnt let you change the appearence of the default female hawke (her hair is always in her eyes and it gets kind of irritating to see in cut scenes). Threres a mod that lets you change that.
When i played Awakening i didnt like the Anders character at all. When the templars came along and said they were taking him away i said "ok" and "good riddance" Imagine what i thought when i see Anders in DA2 talking about his good friend Justice that he never met and the cat he never recieved.
I do reccomend dragon age 2 though. In my opinion it is actualy a better game then the original.
