I heard Origin customer service was good?!

I bought quite a few games on Origin due to loving the developers of the games previous entrys, such as how I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy, Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition on Origin. (And preordered Battlefront) But I have come to a point, where I beginning to join the masses that hate Origin, all I ask of them is they at least have decent customer service since they don't give the great deals and features that Steam provides. I had heard from a few Youtubers that Origin had GREAT customer service, actually fixes your problems. This is a lie. I had a simple stuttering problem with Mass Effect 3, apprently that was impossible to solve, even with my specs well above the requirements. So I decided to "meh" it, I watched my friends play Mass Effect 3, but I guess I won't get to experiance it myself. So then, a week after that, I try playing Dragon Age Inquisition. Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL: [MSVCP110.dll] Error: 0x7E. I get this error, I try repairing, and reinstalling. So then I contact them again. Still havn't fixed this problem. But in the mean time, I try playing a few other games. Guess what? None of my Origin games would play, so that's about 400 dollars down the drain unless Origin actually figures out how to fix my games. (A few games, but all the DLC for each of them, due to a game not feeling complete without owning all the DLC, espically Mass Effect games or Dragon Age games) Thanks EA, had to try and pull away from Steam, didn't you?

I think Battlefront will end up being my last shot with Origin, if I can't even launch Battlefront like all my other games, I'll be done with it.

EA's customer service is so much better than Steam. They respond within a few hours (or less).

Don't expect technical help from a customer service. It doesn't matter if the company is EA, Valve, Ubisoft, etc etc.

If none of your games are launching, sounds like your problem is with your Origin installation. Try uninstalling Origin, then re-installing it (be sure to back up your game folders first to save yourself the time of downloading them again).
