Unable to load module

Whenever I try to start a new Dragon Age: Origins campaign game, i get the error shortly after the loading screen pops up. I am able to play Dragon Age: Awakening, i havent tried the other DLC. I have a no-spiders mod inside the override file in documents but no one has had a problem with that.
Specs(laptop)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660M 2GB
CPU: Intel i7
RAM: 1 TB
OS: Windows 8.1 64x

Any help? I also have the ultimate edition through steam, have used the fix inside the redist file, and am logged into Origin through the game.

UPDATE: I ran a verify integrity of game cache, and after completion an update downloaded. After the update downloaded I pressed "play" and then this pops up "Unable to update DA:O: (disk read error).

Can you try removing mods, verifying game files and launch the game again ?

Im unable to run the game anymore due to this update issue, will run a reinstall.

I just copy whole Module folder from installation folder/module and put it in users\documents\BioWare\dragon age
