Report a translation problem
I was setting Tactics preset to any possible option. Every time while fighting my companions had 100% mana/stamina. They just only do basic attacks.
EDIT: combat tactic's is in your skills section not abilities, the section with stealing, poison making, herbalism etc etc
so depending on what class you are playing it will vary when you get these points at level up
a rogue will get a point at every other level where a mage or warrior every 3rd/4th level up so depending on class some will take longer than others to accumulate until you can get more tactic slots for your party members
If you want to concentrate fire on one opponent at a time, you can use the Tactic option "Enemy: Target of Main Character -> Attack." Or you can choose a specific character instead of main or a different action besides Attack.
