this solved constant crashing problem
If you arent going to support or do anything with a game for 15+ years just release the code. its not gonna sell much at that point
I mean checking something every two years dont seem hard.
That is just my laymen revenue concept of it. I don't know the coding part or the logistics of it at all.
What would it take for someone to bring a game this old up to spec across various CPUs and GPUs and OSs? Not to mention how long would it take them and how much are you going to pay this person to work on it?
You mean like updating the exe for 4gb which takes 1 minute to do?
actually taking 1min to update game would increase steam sales. saying its not worth their time is just a gamers excuse. players let companies abandon games and thats a common problem. they profit off skins, dlc, and etc.
the thing is. im only here because i came to find a solution to the crashes. and found it.
why are you guys here? looking to reply with non solutions to his problem of crashes and just saying it doesnt matter.
looking to argue and for attention in a decade old game discussions?
