Opening fade sequence as mage.

The last time that I played as a mage I vaguely remember the opening Harrowing in the fade being very long with many stages.

However, in my current playthrough, it ended fairly quickly after killing the red demon in the circle. I think that I might have spoiled a longer sequence because I exposed Mouse as being a villain. Or maybe a future quest brought me back to the fade.

Any help would be best.

that was the *actual* fade mission in the circle of magi quest. the beginning is just teaching mouse to be a bear, then fighting the rage demon. mouse will reveal himself to you eitherway.

Oh, it's not that long in the origin story.

There's a very long Fade segment later when you come back to the Circle tower for the main story.
