Dalish Main Quest Broken, Missing NPC!

Help! After defeating Zathrian at the Breciliian Ruins and lifting the curse, I returned to the Dalish camp only to find Lanaya missing! I cannot proceed any further with this quest and the game is in a softlock! What should I do now?

rollback because ive never seen this error and wouldnt know how tosolve it

Thank you for the help. I rerolled back to the ruins and this time choose to kill the Wolf Queen instead, preventing me from hitting the softlock again.

in 12 + years never heard of this which leads me to think the error is at your end. mod or corrupt file.
