that didn't fix the problem either. then I tried restarting my computer, and now the game won't even open
Here is detailed explanation:
-Download LAA 4gb patch https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/5989?tab=files
-go to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age Ultimate Edition\bin_ship
and replace daorigins.exe with the LAA patch version
After that:
-Download https://ntcore.com/4gb-patch/
-run 4gb_patch.exe and go once again to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age Ultimate Edition\bin_ship
-and patch the new daorigins.exe
Done
If it will not work you can always copy games serial number and activate it on EA app and play it from there
the ntcore only if u want to patch ur own exe,u dont need to do both
In fact most people stuck because they combine both fix(from my experience talking and helping tehm,99% of them did both and the game wont work)
U cant combine them both, either u simply change .exe or u use ntcore to patch the .exe
If u patch again the patched exe=it will bypass the new config with the double bypass,it will make the game wont even start at all
Want a proof?I have been helping more than 15 people here, and all of them did both .exe+ntcore(because they think they need to do both),I told them to only use .exe/patch alone and dont combine it,
all of them can play the game smoothly now(some still have stutter but its about graphic setting tweeks)
Just replacing exe does absolutly nothing. I even double checked on mine game just to be sure and it works perfectly and I have high end PC.
The reason why it broke someones game is because they either had GoG/Origin version or they did it wrong.
I only replace my ,exe and tweeks some graphic settings
No a single crash until I finished the game
144fps constants(1920:1080),not a single crash with 16 threads cpu,not even in last battle with so many enemies/ally
So I dont agree with 'does absolutly nothing. I'm the living proof of it
im talking about this one

I help so many people with that guide
And they only either replace .exe or inject it themself
this guide is far better than the old mod link people keep provided here
I dont know if u talking about that guide or the old one
