Crashing 2 seconds into the first cutscene after leaving the fade in mage prologue.

I've tried everything in the How to Fix sticky, and using an LAA version of the app.

Everytime I try to play, the game crashes at exactly the same point - after killing the demon in the fade in the prologue it finishes the loading screen, the camera pans down in the circle tower for a like a second then the game crashes.

Using a win 11 new but lower-end laptop, all settings minimized. Before minimizing all the settings I couldn't get the main menu screen or the game to load properly.

Any ideas what to try?
