Promo items not appearing?

Hello everyone after searching for the past few hours I've been finding all the links on the wikipedia dead, or not downloading the files for things such as Embri's Many Pockets, Helm of the deep, the memory band, and other promotional items like them. I've managed to get the primary dlc (awakening, golems, etc) downloaded but none of the one off items have shown up on steam.

I was wondering if I was overlooking something, or missing out on them because before i redo my umpteenth play through of this legendary game i wanted to know if i'm just out of luck.

Note I have gone through and redeemed all the dlc on Keep its just i can't link my account because servers are dead.

If for some reason the EA App doesn't detect your installed Steam copy, you may have to get a copy through the EA App itself. I actually play the EA App copy of the game and I find it much better than the Steam copy in terms of stability and dlc. Plus if you ever have to apply the 4GB patch to the game, all you have to do is just patch the exe for the EA App copy. This is great because usually for the Steam copy you have get a 4GB patch compatible exe before applying the 4GB patch.
