How to Install Lockbash mod

Hello, I don't really know what I'm doing to install mods for Dragon Age Origins. I want to install the lockbash mod from Nexus, and I move it to the override folder and it doesn't seem to work. I tried downloading DAO Modmanager, and it will not open. It says it's a 7Z file and I've never heard of those. How do I use the modmanager?

The only Lock Bash mod I know of is in the DAZIP format, which is installed using DAUpdater.exe in the bin_ship folder of the game's install location.
Afterwards, you then need to add these lines to the end of DragonAge.ini in My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings\

Yeah, that's the one I was talking about.
Sorry, it's been so long since I downloaded it that I forgot what it originally was packaged in.
7Z is a compressed archive format that offers better compression than a standard ZIP.

Download and install the tool that Crystal Sharrd linked and right-click "Lock Bash v7e for Original and Awakening-301" and hover over "7-zip" in the pop-up menu and click "Extract files" in the next little pop-up menu. A new window should come up where all you need to do is see or choose where the files inside the 7zip will go/extract to and click ok. Go to where those files just got extracted to and confirm there are 2 dazip files. When you confirm that they are there, go to your game's install folder's binship folder and open "DAUpdater.exe". Once in DAUpdater.exe's window, drag the two dazips you extracted into the window, highlight or CTRL + left click both of them and click "Install selected". After that is done just do what Crystal Sharrd mentioned about earlier with your DragonAge.ini file.
