Pre made talents and skills

I am considering replaying and already forgot about trash talents and skills on character creation you can’t cancel.
Like dailish elf always has “Survival” talent even as rogue
Or noble dwarf and human always having point in shields already
Any mod to remove this and give me full control over character creation?

It adds a raven to most places and the player camp you can interact with. It carries a potion you can drink that will reset all your attributes, skills and talents to zero so you can redistribute them as you want.
Just let the character you want to respec drink the potion.
