The "I'm Kind of a Big Deal" Achievement

Does dying and reloading a save count as a death? That is, do you have to go "pure" all the way through without dying even if you reload? Or can you fix a mistake by loading a save point?

No I believe you can reload your save after you die because I have gotten this achievement myself without having a perfect play through

DAO has the classical save where everything after a save simply doesnt exist if you reload. So, you can reload.
Also, I am 99% sure you can reload from the deathscreen, but if you also want the last 1% certainty, reload from the main menu instead.

Actually sorry I just checked my achievements and the one I got was Bloodied which is very similar where you complete an origin story without yur character ever falling in battle. You can reload from a previous save though if you die becase I know I died a few times and it still gave me the achievement just don't load an autosave if it's from after you died cause it would probably mess things up.

AAAGH i hated that part. Well.. initially. once i had a few forms it was sort of enjoyable.

Well just got the achievement today so I can confirm you can get it if you just load the saves. Like it never happened! Thanks again! :D
