If you just use Qwinn Fixpack and Dain's Fixes, you can replace Morrigan Patch, Silverite mine fix, ZDF etc fixes, since those 2 contain all the fixes of that except for the new content from what i have read
Dragon Age Redesigned needs "Additional Textures from DAR" despite whats said anywhere or else you get some NPCs with glowy or missing skin, also use default files if you want to avoid problems
With Natural Bodies use (default) Lore variants or you will get all kinds problems you need to solve manually, some NPCs like Isabela needs separate replacements too
Improved Atmosphere hasnt been updated for years so get ready for deal with all its uhh problems too
As for recommendations, if you just want vanilla AI upscales for textures, theres a great mod "Dragon Age Origins ReTexture Pack 2009-2022" (look for it on youtube),
its fix to repack of AP Neural Textures, yes a FIX, to a REPACK of a Mod, its necessary because of all the texture issues(crashes etc) with it otherwise which author apparently still hasnt resolved yet

Silverite mine fix

More_Hairstyles
No helmet hack
FTG UI MOD

These are the mods that are installed (should i instead opt for Qwinn and Dain instead)
and I'll go with Natural Bodies use (default) Lore variants (do I need separate replacements for Isabela if i just go with lore variant )

As for the textures, is JB3textures is good if not i'll just use ur recommendation :)

Thanks

yea see how all that works, i do a lot of testing myself to make sure there are no issues
for Isabela, well i used "DA2 Looking Isabela for DAO", its good enough improvement while fixing glowing face bugs
JB3Textures... dont know much about that, its probably one of those regular texture packs that may have good looking textures but AI Upscale probably will look better still if you prefer vanilla look
