There is a link to that file in respective page at dragonage famom. If the link is sill working, then you can download the DAZIP-file and install it like a mod to you game.

I can't check that right now, because company computer has apparently blocked all gaming content.

either i cant figure out or i this dont work to install anymore as even folders from link from wikia seems empty

Just tried it. The link still works. Though you're honestly not missing anything worthwhile by skipping this one.

hmmm well then i am noob and dont know to install this dlc anyway i ve checked on yt and is not even voice is just about 50 min of gameplay and seems just some enemies in deep roads ... i guess so yeah not so worthy ...
