Lost CD Keys

Anyone know how i can view CD keys? They stopped popping up in the game, there is no option to view them under 'Manage' in my library and my email confirmation was trashed more than 30 days ago so I don't have the proof of purchase for EA's customer support.

I was thinking that there was a shortcut that would make them pop up, but when I just opened the game, the keys didn't pop up like they did before (I haven't played this particular game in several months). I couldn't figure out any shortcut. However, when I opened Origin, I was able to find the key listed there under "game properties." I had to register the game there even though I purchased it here.

Just out of curiosity, where do you need those keys anymore?

I have the game on steam rather than origin sadly, haven't quite been able to figure out how to port it over so I don't have that option. The keys I believe are the DLC? At least I assume so since none of the DLC's content is present in the game.

Just to be clear, I only play the game on Steam, too. When I initially started to play it on Steam, I was required to register the game with Origin. In fact, I have to have Origin running for the game to work, but I only play it on Steam.

It was never required to register the game with Origin. I do not even own Origin account at all. It is very unlikely that I ever will.

DLC activation files are in game folder.

EA and Steam had a conflict over DA 2 DLC distribution. When EA left, forum was also left unmanaged and no one was officially around adding the information about all Ultimate Edition content being packed directly in to release.

Community have kept the information going on. It is included to pinned topic, my circling post, YouTube etc

Tyvm, I'll have to go through this when I have some time to spare later on. I'm still a bit puzzled at what the CD keys were for and why they're missing, but hopefully they're just relics of an older time steam recently removed.

Well, apparently, it was required for me to register with Origin for whatever reason. The game wouldn't run until I did register it with them. The game also won't run unless I have Origin running along with Steam.

I just checked. We can't view the CD keys anymore. This seems like a recent change as I was able to view them maybe a couple weeks ago

This was most likely due to people abusing EA Play/reveal CD Key and reselling keys for profit.
