Morrigan's quest still in log

I completed Morrigan's quest before and gave her the book from the hut but I just noticed the quest is still in the log. It sais I am free to now take the book and loot the house or something like that. Anyway does anything else happen ? or is this a bug and is their a fix ?

Had the same; as far as I recall it's a common bug and you can fix it with some console commands

Do you know what console command ? I can not find any to complete or remove quests in the log.

The solution that worked for the guy was reinstalling the Morrigan dialogue mod (if you have it) and restarting the quest. If not, they mentioned the the command for giving gifts, but doesnt seem to have worked.
You can also try disabling the mod if you dont have a save far enough to restart it.
