How do I get Sigrun before meeting Colbert and Micah?

I saw a video years ago about Sigrun being in your party before speaking with Colbert and Micah. When the conversation brings up eggs Sigrun mentions she's never had an egg before and Nathaniel finds the coversation pointless. How do I recruit Sigrun to do that?

You need to find Sigrun by going through the Knotwood Hills to Kal'hirol where you meet her,do it as soon as the location becomes available.
