You do not need any.
Steam and EA had falling out, but Valve had license for full DA: O Ultimate. Everything that is included to Ultimate is in installation folder.
Look at the right top corner of this page. There is a button saying Store Page. That is the way to get it from Steam.
Right now I have to say that GOG is the easiest way to get the game. I do not usually advice people in Steam forum to find the content outside of it's store, but DA:O Ultimate DLCs are a bit unpredictable in Steam store.
That is not exactly Steam's fault either. They were set as they are, after EA pulled the series out from Steam, over argument related to DA2 DLC distribution.
