Lost in dreams quest

Can somebody tell me how to finish the quest,I got 3 forms mouse,spirit,burning man. But can´t find the right way or finding any of my companions. I just get lost in the maze...

Now that you got the Burning Man form, you need head to the Mages Asunder region of the Fade. That gets you to your final form. Once you got all four, you can reach all five regional bosses that are keeping you from the Sloth Demon in the center. However, you don't have to wait until you have all four forms to face the regional bosses; you can face two of them right now. Reaching Yevena, in the Raw Fade, and Vereveel, in the Templar's Nightmare, doesnt require the golem form. Reaching the other three does, as they're behind doors that only the golem form can open.
