Can't Access My Player Profile

A few months ago, I had some computer trouble, which resulted in a complete wipe and reinstall of my operating system. Today I decided to boot up and play Dragon Age: Origins, but when I attempted to log back in to my profile, the game told me my info was incorrect. I then tried to log on to Bioware Social Network via my browser, but got the same message, so I clicked on "Forgot Password", but all I got from that redirect was "Server not found. Firefox can’t find the server at profile.ea.com."

It seems the in-game links to Bioware logon pages are broken too. It always sends me to a "go.bioware.com/dragonage/playerprofile/en-us" which I can't access either. The only page that works at all seems to be "https://social.bioware.com/login.php" but as I said above, even that has issues.

What is going on, and how can I get access to my account again?

BioWare forums were pulled long time ago, after EA shut them down. Bioware Social site is still active. I am unsure if you can connect to them from DA:O right now. I do not have either Bioware or EA account to test that.

I was able to log in to my account just last year in-game. If Bioware Social is still working, theoretically my account should be too.

I should note that in an attempt to create a new account with the same email address, thinking that maybe my account somehow got deleted, I got an error saying that an account already exists with that email address. My account still exists, but for some reason, I cannot access it.

Isn't there "I forgot my password" option to use?

There is, but as I said in my original post, when I tried that, it redirected me with a broken link.

Ah. As said, I have never had either BioWare or EA account, so I don't really know how to help you with this one.

Hopefully someone with EA account replies and can help you to get forward.

Its the same account (or atleast password + email) as on origin

Try the password recovery on the EA/Origin website, since it is the same one you use as login in your Bioware/EA game(s). Other than that, I have no idea how to help you here, sry.
