Am I missing DLC?

So trying to keep this short but I'm looking at a video on making a rogue and the video talks about some promo books that gives you 1 skill point and 3 stat points.

I don't have them despite me feeling like I should. It looks like they are "Formari Tome" and Grimorie of the Frozen Waste".

those are collector edition items my friend. (or pre-order bonus if you pre-ordered them when game was coming out)

So... the "Ultimate Edition" is not really Ultimate... -sigh-

there is a difference between ultimate edition and collector's edition. collector's in my past experience is usually always a pre-order bonus edition that only comes once. ultimate edition came out later on to combine all DLC into one game. (once all the dlc were finished).

besides those 4 extra attribute points do not really do all that much my friend. if you really want those extra attribute points, use the console and add 4 more. then you will feel like you have the collector's edition.

It's all included, they just fail to inform you of how to activate it.

I just uninstalled the game but want to ask, can you download and play dlc's like Return to Ostagar?

if you got the dlcs then yes obviously though some are part of main game story (like ostagar) and some are played seperate in menu (witch/leliana/darkspawn)

the return to ostagar dlc is part of the base game. you will see a quest on your map that says A King's Confidant , it will only show up after you move on from lothering .
