Connor, the Fade, and choices that the desire demon gives

Has someone choose to bargain with the desire demon and picked pleasure? Is there any advantage later if you pick this?

You picked it and played 1 and maybe 2 with this decision or just picked it and then loaded a save and choose something else? Is there a walkthrough in the internet with all the choices? Also how can I get lyrium to get into the fade, the Mages all died in the tower, I don't remember I had a choice about it.

Just saved and picked it out of curiosity, then loaded back. Just went to check on the Keep just in case I missed something, without spoilers no worries that's just a RP choice, what matters is if he lives, dies, or lives possessed, the rest is all up to you.

Ok thanks, I will consider to take this choice and see what I get. When I picked love from those around me the demon said I was going to regret it.

edit: I finished main game and nothing changed, no extra dialog option, no extra character nothing.

That's alright! My suggestion is take always whatever option your character would take, the best thing about Dragon Age is the roleplay, you never know when you may regret a choice or not, or how a companion would react. After DA2 you can always edit your choices in the Keep for future games, don't worry. Have fun!

One more question. Apparently I haven't used The Litany of Adralla at the right time and that is why I couldn't save Irving. Now that I am replaying this part I want to ask if it is possible to save more mages than just Irving by using the litany more times?

The best thing would be putting it in your quick bar at the bottom, with the spells and skills, as you'll have to use it a few times during the battle.

Beating Uldred will save the mages regardless, but you need to save Irving if you want to side with the mages and have them help you later on. You can also use it when is trying to kill the other mages in the room, I can't remember unfortunately if they help you in the fight, but is good to try to help them as he will go for Irving last.

Mages and Templars is a VERY important topic in the lore.

I played this part a couple of times using the litany of Adralla first when Wynne told me and then everytime Uldred created some sort of waves but only Irving stood up in the end, I don't think the other mages do anything.

Dont bother with him. Yesterday he was taking out his anger on me. He is full of hate and takes it out on the forums. He even reports people who dare to oposse him. Oh and he demanded me to delete my comments as well just like he did with you

just fyi Kurosu he likely didn't delete his comments they were likely removed because they were horrible and admins did and ya I know he has anger issues I don't troll/sarcastic when I tell him he needs therapy and luck some people do just have some sort of issue and need the help, why therapists and the like exist (granted of course therapists don't always work can cost to much $ etc... hence the hopeful good luck).

I agree that he needs help. He appears to genuily believe we are harrasing him. All I did to him is commenting on another post that he provided false information about a game.Saddly many people from my country behave like him online.
