DA: O mods not working, nothing i do will fix it

I have been trying to add mods to dragon age origins for my second playthrough, I used nmm originally, but could only get about 7 of my 20 ish mods to work, I did some digging in the files and found that the only mods that were working were mods in the addin folder, not the override folder, I tried copying the other mods to that folder with no success. after I deleted the copied mods and after some testing with the override file, not even the addin mods are working anymore. I would appreciate any advice any one can give.

Now I've noticed some specifics regarding installation of the mods, I will list each mod along with the proper installation method. I'll apologize in advance of how long of a text wall this is, please bear with me. Before you begin, please do a fresh re-install of the game. This means to delete your entire game excluding your characters file if you wish to keep your saves intact. Uninstall the game via Steam, delete the remaining game install files for the game, and your documents game folder.

Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override Installs: Keep mods in their own folders that contain mod files (Ex. Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors 1_31)

Adonnays Weapon Replacer, Companion talk everytime/Make your companions very noisy and talkative, Equal love, JB3, Level 99, Lady of the Forest and Desire Demon Retextures, More Hairstyles, Pineappletree's, Skip Ostagar, and sword of mercy color pack/Sword of mercy 2.0 (Main file along with any update file choices.

Mod manger type installs:

Talent Books (Use daupdater.exe in your game install/Binship folder. Add "Talent_Books_OR.dazip" and Talent_Books_AW.dazip" to install via daupdater.exe), Natural bodies (Use DAO Modmanager to drag and drop the mod into it to install. right click the installed mod and select config to set it up to your liking. https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/277), Extra Dog Slot (Use DAModder to install the mod by dragging and droping the file into it. https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/286 ), phUnlockSpecials/Unlock Specializations (Use DAModder to install the mod by dragging and droping the file into it.), jwv_expandinv/Expanded Inventory, and xatmos_polygamy/Polygamey (Use daupdater to install)

AUC is actually "Unlock all achievements" mod. Install it like a override, use the in-game console, and type "runscript temp". If you don't know how to use the console, let me know, and I'll teach you.

I m having a pain in the ass trying to get my game running properly, basically the official DLC is not showing up at all (it was on my 1st install) but I had to remove mods because I was having a conflict. Then the DLC all vanished. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and loaded the dazip and overide files with DAmodder instead of Vortex (I think vortex has trouble with older dragon age mods??). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can even get with you in a dscord if you need to holler at me for being stupid lol.
