Question 1: Are you running any sli/crossfire setup? It has been specculated that in doing so while trying to play Dragon Age: Origins, that it could cause this issue. If so, try disabling sli/crossfire for the game to see if that does anything.
Question 2: Have you done the cpu affinity fix? The game was originally designed to play on lower count cpus compared to modern cpus today. The link below will link you to a guide full of a variety of fixes for various problems of Dragon Age: Origins. Skim through the guide first to "Frequent Crashes" (Yes I know your problem has nothing to do with crashing, but the affinity fix is in that section of the guide) and follow the instructions. If you wish to try your luck with any other fixes mentioned in the guide, by all means, go right ahead friend.

Question 3: Have you done the LAA Patch for Dragon Age: Origins? The amount of RAM/Memory that the game can use by default is rather limited. Installing the patch allows the game to use more RAM/Memory, ensuring better stability overall. Used in conjuction with the Affinity fix, the game runs in the full stability that it was originally designed, ensuring the game performing 100% without worry of crashing. I reccomend just installing the pre-patched exe install method, this ensures full compatibility with the game.

If in need of further assistance, please let me know, and I will respond as soon as I am able.
Yurism, I am glad that the affinity fix worked for you in the matter of clicking on things, this is a good step into solving your issue.
Now to the matter of your mods, Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override, is where they are all present correct? The Documents folder in your Main Drive, C Drive, or OS Drive correct?
Also, when you say "vanished", are you implying they are present in the "Installed Content" page in-game, or when actually playing a save you have? Majority of Override file mods in steam, do not show in the DLC page in-game, but they are actually present in a save game that you start/continue.
Inform me regarding the two questions so that we can best find a solution to resolve this issue. I will respond as soon as I am able.
First, let us try installing DirectX onto your laptop just in case something like it was missed in the game installation. This also can contribute to the problem relating to Unclickable elements in the game. Just try it, and see if it does anything towards the unclickable elements. Sometimes a reinstall of the particular DirectX is needed with this game.

Second: Sometimes having the game run in compatibility mode can fix a variety of problems, along with using mods. Right click the game's exe file located your game's install binship folder, and click the option in the little context/pop-up menu "Properties". Once there, select the tab "Compatibility". Click the option "Run this program in compatibility for:" and choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 3) in the drop down menu clickable area.
I have a couple more fixes in mind, but I will like to see a screenshot of your Override folder to have a visual to go on. Not that I at all doubt your word on the matter, it is just simply to have a visual.
Quick question: Is the LAA Patch installed as well?
I know this can be greatly frustrating, just bear with me a bit longer ,ok? Inform me of the results, with the screenshot if able to, and I will respond as soon as I am able.

When/if you started a new game, since the clicking is fixed, was there any indication that the mods were functioning at all? It could be some weird save game glitch where it doesn't register mods by switching platforms. Steam to Origin or Origin to Steam.
There could be an AddIns.xml conflict from switching platforms. Before attempting the fix, make sure you can view the extensions in a file name by ticking the "file name extensions" option in file explorer "view", so you can change the type of file with ease. Also check to see if there are any AddIns in your Addin folder in your documents or install also. If none, refer to the "Another another" method.
If there are any .bak AddIns in your settings folder in documents, put them in seperate locations, check them one by one by right clicking the file, click the option "Rename", remove the .bak. # (1,2,3,etc) part, enter, click yes to changing the type of the file, open it with something like notepad, use the find feature under the edit tab, and try searching for your mods individually to see if there are any records on them. The AddIns file that seems to have all your mods in record, you need to replace the current AddIns.XML Document in Settings with the one that has all your mods record.
Another simpler approach to the above mentioned, is to simply rename from the most recent - later .bak. versions of the AddIns to "AddIns.xml", and replace the AddIns.xml in "Settings" with it. See if it changes anything in-game.
Another another simple approach is to do a reinstall of all your mods, which sucks because I know some of those mods can be a pain.
If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the game, delete install/document folders besides "Characters" (which contains your saves), and reinstall the mods as well. You may end up doing this method, since sometimes even when unistalling the mods, they could be in other places of the game folders due to initialization of the mods. You could try to extensively find them all, and delete them if you wish. This is just the most guaranteed effective approach in my opinion, if all else fails.
Lot to cover in this reply, sorry if it may be to much all at once, and for possible headache. If in need of any clarifcation, I will glady clarify for you.
Other than that, inform me of the results, and I will respond as soon as I am able. I will continue to assist you for as long as you need me.
