As the title asks. is there a way to resepc tallents spells and skills in the game?

I think there was a crow that could do that once you can make your own camps on the road.

It's been a long time, all I can remember. Might also want to check some of the merchants, maybe they have items for that. Might be DLC exclusive.

Their is an item that you can buy (Manual of Focus) in Awakening from (Herren I believe at vigils keep) that resets skill, talents, attribute points and even specialization.

I used it on Oghren once because I needed him to change from a dps focused warrior that I had him as in origins into a true tank after Ser Mhairi sadly died.

If their is a way to do it in Origins though I do not know it.
