Memory Band and other downloadables.

Where do I download them from? I had them before, so I know I can. But with my new computer, I cannot seem to get them. The website the wiki goes to tells me to go somewhere else. The Somewhere else is completely useless. (https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/career/#product/dao) Abysmal website(Steam seems to think the website is malicious. Can't say as I blame them...). No download buttons, just tells me I have the items already... Which I very clearly do not when I open the game.
