I want to wear the Dragon Blood Armour but i'm afraid that my charachter won't be able to handle to fatigue associated with the armour so I was curious, how do i reduce fatigue?

You can only reduce fatigue from a few pieces of gear, some talents & from armor runes in awakening, other than that you just got to learn how to micromanage your abilities. Though having high willpower or gear that adds to fatigue helps a bit.

Would getting more stamina help?

Boosting willpower adds 5 to your stamina, but like I said you should try to manage your abilities.eg lower the number of your sustained abilities, have a bard keep up song of valour.
Blood Dragon set does reduce your fatigue by 10%, as does Cailins and Wades Dragon armour sets.
Eating deep mushrooms restores stamina as well.

I'm fairly sure increasing strength helps reduce fatigue, too. I've been increasing both STR and DEX for my dual-wielding warrior, and noticed that a full set of heavy armour or massive armour wasn't giving me the 60-80% fatigue it should have done. I suspect strength reduces it, otherwise there's less incentive to invest in a strength class, the penalties for massive armour would be too great.
