Frozen WereWolfs?
Im fighting Zathrian and then his goons surround us but the werewolfs dont move and are frozen and dont attack and the enemies dont bother them. And im simply confused

Zathrian cast a spell that paralyzed them. They cannot help you in this fight.

Looks like you took the hard path of siding with both elves and werewolves, but against Zathrian. Good for you, but tougher fight.
You can dispel the paralysis on them via Templar's Cleanse Area or Mage's Anti-Magic Burst.
