Legionnaire scout vs spirit warrior ?
I want to make a tanky duel wielding character in awakening and wondering what is best for it out of these two classes ?

Rogue's talents & specializations compliment a duel-wielder, so I'd recommend Legionnaire Scout.
Spirit Warrior's talents would provide high dodge and spell resistance, not 100% damage mitigation, and consume stamina fast.
Legn. Scout's Strength of Stone with Blessing of the Ancestors is really an invulnerable tank.
Plus, a rogue has fake tanky talents: Decoy & Ghost. And, Distraction & Feighn Death to avoid hits/damage. ;-)
