I know, that you get it, when you find all parts in the Leliana's Song DLC. But let's say, you start a new game in origins and get it right away. After you played through the game, you import the character to awakening, and awakening has one with better stats. Do i get that one as well or will the armor stay with the origins stats (the origins one has no rune slots)?

I think you get both. Since they're two seperate dlc/mods. You import your origins char and the origins version will be there assuming it's still enabled, the awakening with runes will then be sent to inventory too if enabled once the expansion starts.
