Do you have a save from before you entered the building? If so, load it and just don't go in. If the crash-a-thon doesn't start, you might consider just skipping that quest, but there's no guarantee the problem won't return later if it's actually mod-related.
Dialogue Tweaks is a really old mod with a number of uresolved problems. Grey Wardens of Ferelden and C&S Pack are kind of in the same boat. I'm not saying these are a problem, but multiple big mods that make sweeping changes to the game, all running together, can sometimes result in weird happenings.
Worst case, since you're "only" 8 hours in, it might be the path of least resistance to just wipe your mods, verify the game cache, and start over with significantly fewer mods.
It's really hard to diagnose crashes when they start up in the middle of a play-through, and I wish I could help more. Maybe someone else will see this and have better ideas.
