Warden Storage chest?!

I read online that if you put items that are low tier, the chest will upgrade them to fit the warden level( ex if you put a tier 4 it will upgrade to 7). The thing is that this didnt happen at all to my items...i put the cailan armor that was tier 5 and it stayed the same..instead if i sell them to that Dryden guy it automatically makes a tier 7 copy of those items, that i have to buy of course....

Yep. Chest upgrade does not really work for armors in PC version. I am unsure if it works for PS versions either.

I have upgraded all the stuff and still had money to buy every high value item I needed.

Not every item, mind you. Just what I actually needed.
