Slight drops in framerate?

Hi there! While playing the game I often have moments where the framerate seems to drop a little. It drops not strong enough to be a major problem, but it's enough to make the visuals feel less "smooth", and it's starting to be quite annoying.

The performance of my laptop can't really be the problem, since I got my current laptop in 2020 and I already play the game on low settings. I played Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal before I got MOH, and both games ran with a nice smooth framerate, Any ideas how I can get a better performance out of the game?
