CD Key Deactivated?

Hi guys, so I purchased this after it came to Steam and when I try and play the game it says that my CD key has been deactivated for security reasons. I've tried copying the CD key and installing the game on Origin but the same error pops up. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure what to do.

I have it on origin and steam. Neither work. Something about key limit reached.

I've rung EA support three times to try and get this fixed, they've removed the game from my account and re-added it and that didn't fix it. Looks like it's a broken game.

Shame, I know a lot hate the game, but I liked firing it up every year or 2 for another play through. It was that time again. So now Titanfall 2 it is then.

Yeah I have never played it but I felt like playing a shooter and thought I'd give it a try, sadly it's been too long so I can't get a refund either.

I meant I just re-downloaded it and it works fine. No issue.

EA support is very lacking imo. Did you buy the game from the steam store?

Yeah purchased from Steam, and I copied the CD key from Steam to Origin to see if that would work but the same error happened there too.

I'm not sure if Steam can do anything, but I'll try putting in a ticket.

I just dloaded it and installed it, after it went through all it's install procedures, dx etc, a pop up appeared with the cd key, I copied to clipboard and continued.
A second pop up appeared asking to verify the cd key, I clicked it once but it just popped up again. I noticed in the field where the cd key was shown a lot of gobbledygook came after it, so I deleted all of it and left only the cd key. That's when the game launched.

Hope that makes sense.

Yeah none of that happened for me. I wonder why that is.

i just saw this and when i copied my code to origin for dead space 3 there was alot of random crap i had to delete at the end of the code to get the true code
