SP cheats
I need to record full campaign gameplay and dont want replay from checkpoints in the case of my death.
Are there any build-in cheats?
Tried several trainers but none are working

I have tried 2 trainers but they failed to work with Steam version

I used to feel the same way. I have been with CH "Lifetime" for about 8 years. Pays for itself over time. Yes, it is expensive. .. but worth it to me for quick access to trojan-free trainers. I got sick of accessing the sites where trainers are free, putting up with sleazy pop-ups, and later having to rid my PC of malware (some of which were darned nasty). I enjoy games for the storyline and gameplay, but do not have the hours to log getting past "bosses" or grinding for better weapon and ammo. For me it's worth it. I can attest they are not a scam site. They are simply a few programmers who started doing this for free, then had to earn a living, so they started CH and make a living providing quality trainers.
