15fps on gtx1080

Its no problem that is a too advanced gpu the problem is thats a ♥♥♥♥ game i tryed on gtx 1030 and not worked it was the ssme result on i3 and gtx 750 ti

The issue is with full screen, If you ALT+ENTER twice it sorts itself out.

960, Phen II @ 3.6, maximum allowed settings, always 62 fps. Maybe it has to do something with newer CPUs?
Gonna unlock fps and check how much fps 960 can really render here.
